The most experienced person to lay eyes on your computer is your systems administrator. They are next to the most important person in your life. If they delegate, please understand. We work by priority.

If we make a suggestion, please take it seriously. If one sentence will fix the problem, it will save all of us time. We are not responsible for anybody's overcommittment to technology.

Ethics are crucial to the discussion. We need data ethics, data inventories, computer inventories, and network diagrams. This crucial for business understanding of the resources and commitments. For each computer that breaks, we need to business ethics solutions for finding it and doing something. And the ethics of the priorities are crucial finding the right computers quickly.
